Corner Drug Burglary

On 2-24-2012 at 0600 hours, Teton County Sheriff’s Office received an alarm call from Corner Drug in Driggs, ID.

Deputies arrived on scene and noticed a door to an adjoining business was open. Deputies made entry and found a large amount of prescription schedule 2 narcotics missing. This was later confirmed by the owners.

There is surveillance footage of the suspect. They are wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, ski mask and gloves.  An eye witness saw the subject leaving the area of corner drug behind the Driggs City Building.

The drugs will be in generic white bottles of differing sizes with the drugs name on the labels. The total value of the medication is $7995.82.

If anyone has any information regarding this burglary, please contact Teton County Sheriff’s Office 208-354-2323. If you know persons who have schedule 2 drugs in white generic bottles instead of standard prescription bottles with the person’s name and instructions on them, please contact Teton County Sheriff’s Office.

Teton Pass Closed Tonight For Avalance Control

For Immediate Release: December 30,2011

Attention Travelers of Wyoming 22, Teton Pass:

 

The Wyoming Department of Transportation has scheduled a closure of Teton Pass for

tomorrow, December 31, 20ll, at 3:00am tor avalanche control. Deteriorating weather

and avalanche conditions may force an earlier closure. No overnight parking at the

summit of Tcton Pass will be strictly enforced. A closure of US 191 through the Hoback

River Canyon for avalanche control is also possible for Saturday morning. Highway

travelers and backcountry users are advised to plan accordingly. Thank you for your

cooperation.
